Jay Finch is the founder and CEO of Strellum. In this role, Jay has advised U.S. federal agencies and the Department of Defense's innovation units on capital markets policies and programs that support economic and national security objectives. Jay began his career at Goldman Sachs within its investment banking and structured products businesses. He has served as a Senior Advisor at the Treasury Department, where he led private capital markets and retirement security initiatives.

In addition to leading Strellum, Jay is also the Executive Chairman of Polydelta, an investment holding company, and MissionML, an AI implementation company.

He received a B.A. from Villanova University, an M.P.A. from the Harvard Kennedy School, and an M.S. from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was a Sloan Fellow.
